Well-being, psychosomatic meanings and prevention

Hans Selye was the first, in 1936, to study the stress phenomenon in all its forms but it took us almost 70 years to make it known in the workplace.

There is neither good nor bad stress, only a balance to be found in the balance that ensures maximum productivity; we have to control our system and prevent any harm.

Psychosomatics9 and prevention allow us to maintain the well-being necessary for a serene life.

Massage and back pains pic
If we often talk about personal hygiene10, we are told, time in, time out (especially with the current paranoia) to cleanse ourselves, creating excessive fear of dirt, germ, bacteria and viruses!

But hygiene starts with a little prevention, for example regarding back pain; in case of slight imbalances, we perform one-time relaxation massages, whilst you will learn some basic anatomic knowledge and self massages techniques.

Breath of the singer or that of the athlete, rebirthing

If heart and brain are considered “engines of life”, they are also “indicators of death” when they stop working; breathing is their main fuel. However, we have often badly learned to breathe the day of our birth, first major trauma in life!

Find the respiratory balance (as a singer) on the hara11 on one side and, on the other side, use the high breathing (as an athlete) associated with rebirthing techniques contribute to well-being and self-knowledge.
