Our concept of human resources management highlights the ability to bring forward a catalyst for change, based on the necessary commitment of men and women united behind the company, participatory management and long-term vision.
We put energy, listening and empathy at the service of leaders, entrepreneurs or individuals for a full process of analysis, synthesis and proposition, all of it leading to training, practicing and proper solutions, without forgetting the necessary follow-up.
We work on situations in public or family firms, for groups, teams or families, but also on individuals, leaders or independent entrepreneurs. We work first out of three main centers (Brussels, Geneva and Marrakech) but also with a network of "senior advisors", European and Maghreb mentors. The methodology is rooted on interviews, co-development and restitution, all based on the whole gamut of eight intelligences present in humans.
